Last Updated: March 31st, 2026

Extinction of the Exaverse (“the Game,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is designed to provide a gameplay-first experience with minimal data collection. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may collect limited information if you choose to use optional features, such as an email address for account access and a display name or username. You can play core gameplay without providing personal information.

We automatically collect basic technical and gameplay data to operate the Game. This may include your device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, gameplay progress, and session activity such as session length and frequency. This information is used to improve performance, stability, and gameplay experience, and does not directly identify you.

If you choose to log in using a third-party authentication service, such as Immutable Passport or a similar provider, we may receive a unique account identifier and your email address if it is shared by that service. We do not access or store passwords or login credentials.

If you choose to connect a digital wallet or similar account, we may store a public wallet address or identifier. We do not access private keys or control your wallet.

We use collected information to operate and maintain the Game, save your progress, provide gameplay features, improve performance, fix bugs, monitor stability, prevent abuse, and analyze gameplay for balancing and design improvements. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for targeted advertising within the Game.

The Game may offer optional purchases. All payments are processed by platform providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or by authorized third-party payment providers for web-based purchases. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, billing details, or payment credentials. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions where necessary to deliver in-game items.

We may share limited information with service providers required to operate the Game, including hosting providers, analytics providers, authentication services, platform providers, and infrastructure partners. We only share the minimum information necessary and do not sell or rent your data.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Game, maintain your account and progress, and comply with legal obligations. If you stop using the Game, some data may be retained for operational and legal purposes.

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@exalabs.gg.

The Game relies on third-party services such as authentication providers, payment providers, and analytics or infrastructure tools. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

The Game may be accessed globally, and your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

The Game is designed to be fully playable without making purchases. Optional purchases do not grant competitive advantages, do not restrict access to core gameplay, and are not required to progress.

The Game does not provide financial services. Any external systems used to manage digital assets are optional, managed outside the Game, and not controlled by us.
